viProject is a Project Management application designed to provide a robust solution for managing projects with certainty.

The Gantt Chart feature, tailored for efficiency and functionality, allows users to expertly plan, track, analyze, and manage the scope, schedule, and budget of projects, no matter their size or complexity. The interactive and user-friendly interface of viProject's Gantt Chart enables seamless navigation, smooth timeline scaling, and quick responses to user gestures.

In addition to the Gantt Chart, users benefit from a tasks table that offers flexibility in editing tasks both within the chart and in tabular format.

PLANNING

• Project Scheduling: Initiate projects based on Start or Finish dates
• Work Breakdown Structure: Utilize the WBS approach to hierarchically organize project tasks
• Critical Path: Automatically calculates the Critical Path as task details are modified
• Task Editing: Edit tasks using the Task Table, Gantt Chart, or Task Inspector
• Calendars: Define Custom Calendars with personalized working hours and exceptions; choose between Task or Resource Calendars for scheduling
• Task Constraints: Employ various task constraints such as ASAP, ALAP, start no earlier than, etc.
• Task Types: Choose from three task types: Fixed Units, Fixed Duration & Fixed Work

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

• Resource Types: Categorize resources into People & Equipment and Materials
• Resource Calendars: Assign custom calendars to individual project resources
• Limit Resources: Utilize Available Units to control resource availability in projects
• Groups: Organize project resources into logical Groups
• Resource Tracking: Monitor Actual and Remaining Costs or Work associated with project resources

COST MANAGEMENT

• Rates: Calculate project costs using Standard and Overtime Rates of resources
• Cost Calculation: Automatically compute costs of Tasks, Resources, Assignments, and complete Projects
• Cost Accrual: Apply three cost accrual types: At Start, Prorated, and At End
• Task Costs: Assign additional Fixed Costs to individual tasks as needed

SHARING

• Import: Load MS Project XML files from various cloud storage services or Emails
• Export: Share XML and PDF files via Email, Cloud services like iCloud Drive or Dropbox, among others; XML files can be seamlessly imported into MS Project or other applications. PDF file generation includes both the task table and Gantt chart of your project.
• Printing: Directly print PDF files from viProject through AirPrint, allowing easy access to physical copies of project views from the Gantt Chart screen.
